libfcitx-core0 software package provides Flexible Input Method Framework - library of core funtions, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfcitx-core0
libfcitx-core0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfcitx-core0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfcitx-core0 *
You will get with libfcitx-core0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
